LSC Welfare Benefits Advice
The LSC Welfare Benefits Project provides legal advice regarding welfare benefits matters to people who are eligible for legal aid. This includes people getting income related Employment and Support Allowance, Income Based Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support or Guarantee Pension Credit. It also includes those on low incomes (having a low disposable income after housing costs and allowances for children and partners). The project provides legal help with Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance claims and renewals and, with all types of benefit appeals or other challenges.
